Wage: 28.00-30.00 DOE + Differentials as follows:
1.50 per hour eve shift differential, 1.00 per hour noc shift
differential, 2.40 per hour weekend differential pay beginning
Friday noc shift through Sunday noc shift
Summary of Benefits: Full-time team members areeligible for

Full-time and Part-Time team members (over 20 hours/week)accrue PTO
at rate of 0.0423/hour during their first year.
SUMMARY
The Traveling Certified NursingAssistant (CNA) is responsible for
providing residents with direct nursing care and assistance with
dailyactivities under the direction of a Licensed Nurse and as
directed in resident care plan. TheTraveling CNA floats between
Prestige locations to fill open shifts based on the high priority
staffing needs. You are required to be flexible in this position
and have the ability to be assigned to our highest priority
locations in the state that you are licensed. This is considered a
resource position. In addition to the hourly wage, we offer mileage
and lodging when necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
COMPANY WIDE RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Must hold current certification inthe specific state in which you
wish to practice. Certification in multiple states preferred.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or GED or equivalent knowledge and skills
obtained through a combination of education, training, and
experience.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate effectively, in English, with residents,
visitors, and staff. Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to understand verbal directions and read written
instructions. Ability to understand the daily needs of residents.
Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules,
operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide simple numbers.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to accurately observe, report, and problem-solve residents'
needs with assistance of a supervisor. Ability to interpret a
variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or
schedule form.
