the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking the right
person to join our team as a part-time Speech Therapist/Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP).As a Speech Therapist, you will enrich
lives every day by providing speech therapy services to residents
and off-campus clients. By developing and implementing treatment
plans for individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency
disorders, you will have the daily opportunity to be a positive
presence in the lives of residents, clients, and their families!As
a Home Health Speech Pathologist (SLP) you will; Review physician
referrals and create a personalized occupational therapy treatment
plan that sets realistic and achievable goals for patients in a
home setting Record and document patient condition, education, and
physical progress Work with interdisciplinary team to develop plan
of care Work independently in patient homes using your good
judgement and critical thinking skills to best serve the
patientsRequired qualifications: Current Speech Pathologist License
in good standing in Washington State Current CPR & First Aide
certifications Transportation to patient home, current drivers
license, vehicle insurance, and complete and follow Touchmark
Driving PolicyThe ideal candidate will be trustworthy and
compassionate, and will: Be committed to and passionate about 100%
customer satisfaction Have a master's degree in Speech Pathology
from an accredited program Preferably have at least one year of
clinical experience Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly
residents and working in a geriatric environment Have a valid
