seeking a highly motivated and experienced behavioral health leader
for a Director of Outpatient Services position. The ideal candidate
must have a strong background in clinical social work, ideally in a
behavioral health setting. The candidate will be responsible for
leading a team of professionals and ensuring that our patients
receive the highest quality of care.Schedule: Monday-Friday,
regular hours - NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the
efficient and effective operation of the outpatient services
department
- Oversee the clinical staff and ensure that they are providing
the highest quality of care to our patients
- Ensure that the department is in compliance with all state and
federal regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to
ensure that our patients have access to the resources they
need
- Develop and implement programs to improve the overall health
and well-being of our patients
- Develop and implement strategies to increase patient
satisfaction and retention
- Ensure that the department is meeting its financial
goalsQualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a
related field
- Current license in clinical social work, counseling,
psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience working with patients with mental health and
substance abuse disorders
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related
to behavioral health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and
community partners
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
