This organization also offers great pay, exceptional benefits, and a _*$10K sign-on bonus*_*!* If you are looking for an opportunity where you can positively impact the course of someone's life, this opportunity is for you!*This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity (NOT contract).**Responsibilities of the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner:** Participate in the multidisciplinary treatment teams and work collaboratively with other disciplines in planning for the treatment of their patients* Assess the clinical appropriateness of admissions and collaborate with the referral and intake department.* Work with attending psychiatrists in caring for inpatients and perform psychiatric assessments and provide ongoing care* Provide individual therapy and/or medication management as needed for patients under their care* Complete all documentation requirements legibly and within appropriate timeframes* Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with all HIPAA standards.* Must see ages 12 and up*Qualifications of the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner:** Two years of psychiatric inpatient clinical experience required* Must be licensed as a PMHNP* Must be licensed as an NP in Washington or show proof of application* DEA required* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross*Compensation and Schedule:** $145K base salary plus RVU* $10K sign-on bonus!* Monday - Friday scheduleJob Type: Full-timePay: $145,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceMedical Specialty:* PsychiatrySupplemental Pay:* Bonus opportunities* Signing bonusLicense/Certification:* Certified Nurse Practitioner (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Vancouver, WA 98686 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Vancouver, WA 98686: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
