You'll be supported by a multidisciplinary care team and provided with the flexibility and resources needed to deliver exceptional therapy services.Starting Pay: $104,000-$106,000 per year (paid per visit; negotiable)Sign-On Bonus: $5,000Coverage Area: McMinnville and Salem (travel required)Perks: Mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, supportive clinical teamKey Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under a physician-directed plan of care
• Restore or improve physical function, relieve pain, and promote patient mobility
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer techniques, and use of prosthetics
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and attend care meetings
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and safety strategiesQualifications
  • Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Oregon
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist (home health experience preferred)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicleBenefits
