Job Description:
Job Title: Case Manager RN Profession: Registered Nurse
Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour
Hours per Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 1 year
inpatient case management experience required. Travel experience is
preferred. License: Valid state license preferred at time of
submission. Pending license accepted. Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Must-Have: Epic experience preferred. Description: This position is
for a Case Manager RN. The start date is ASAP, within 3-4 weeks
from the offer. Shifts are typically 5x8s preferred. Patient ratios
are 1:20-25. Inpatient case management experience is required.
Candidates must float within the scope to meet facility needs.
Weekend requirements are variable. Accommodations for block
scheduling may be possible by request. Candidates must adhere to
up-front time-off restrictions of 7-10 days maximum. This role
involves case management for adult inpatient and emergency
department settings. The facility is identified as a short-term
acute care center with Magnet status and a teaching designation.
The facility hosts a total of staffed beds and operates as a Level
I trauma center. Candidates should be prepared for potential
floating to affiliate hospitals based on unit needs. Applicants are
required to provide copies of certifications for BLS and ACLS.
