NICU is a 46-bed level III neonatal intensive care unit. We care
for critically ill, convalescing, and growing premature and term
newborns. Our admissions come from our high-risk perinatal
department as well as transports from other facilities. Our primary
mission is to provide family-centered care for our fragile patients
and their families. We have specialists available in endocrine,
pulmonary, genetics, renal, metabolic, ophthalmology, neurology,
general pediatric surgery, and cardiothoracic surgery. Nurses
participate in the education of both students and pediatric
residents. Candidates will float within the hospital or to
