Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8-10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Valid State License preferred at the time of submission Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Experience circulating in pediatric operating room Description: This position offers variable shifts including 10-hour and 8-hour shifts. Shifts can include times between 0700-1530, 0900-1730, and 0700-1730. Variable days including weekends may be required. On-call duties are expected with a schedule of 1900-0700. The amount of on-call shifts varies depending on staffing and unit needs. On average, expect 4-6 on-call shifts every 4 weeks. The patient age group includes neonates, infants, and pediatrics. All services performed focus on the pediatric population. The facility operates as a Level One Trauma and Surgery Center for children. Candidates with experience in level 1 trauma preferred. Circulating experience is necessary. Scrub experience is a preferred skill.
