Required Qualifications: - Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. - Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire. - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. - Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. - 2 years - Patient care experience in a skilled nursing facility or medical clinic.
