Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Transplant - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 08/04/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Transplant opportunity at Oregon Health & Science University Hospital (OHSU) in Portland, OR. Position Highlights: ? Unit: Liver Transplant Program ? Setting: Outpatient/Ambulatory ? Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (08:00–16:30) ? Contract Length: 13 weeks ? Charting: EPIC (experience required) ? Certifications: BLS required; transplant certifications (CCTC/CCTN) preferred Requirements: - Active OR RN license - Minimum 3 years of acute care experience, plus ambulatory clinic experience - EPIC proficiency (recent experience preferred) - Strong critical thinking and patient education skills - Transplant nursing experience highly desirable Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary liaison between patients and the transplant team - Provide pre- and post-transplant education and support - Manage patient calls, Epic InBasket, medication refills, and lab results - Coordinate evaluations, testing, and regulatory requirements - Triage patient issues and develop individualized care plans 09 About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
