Job Description:

qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Salem, Oregon, 97301! Pay
Information $2,358 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Post Anesthesia
Care Unit (PACU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10
hours (09:00 - 19:30 or 11:00 - 21:30) Experience: Minimum of one
year acute PACU experience preferred. License: Current unencumbered
licensure to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse in the State.
Certifications: BLS issued by the American Heart Association is
required. Must-Have: AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is
required within 6 months of hire. Description: The Clinical Nurse
is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide safe
and quality healthcare to patients in various settings across the
continuum of surgical services. This includes pre-surgical
screening, prep/recovery, operating room, endoscopy, and PACU. The
role requires variable start times of 0900 or 1100, which may vary
with prior notification. The schedule consists of four 10-hour
shifts with no weekends or holidays. Block schedule requests cannot
be accommodated. Professional certification is preferred in the
relevant areas. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is required
within 6 months of hire for prep/recovery in the PACU. Licensure
considerations include the requirement for active and unencumbered
