Job Description:
Become part of a thriving ENT and allergy practice alongside two
experienced providers, supported by two dedicated full-time allergy
nurses. Our client offers strong potential for growth in allergy
services. You'll have the independence to focus on general ENT care
in a modern office equipped with advanced technology, including
videostroboscopy, Olympus towers, distal chip fiber optic scopes,
microscopes, and integrated audiology services. Optional in-office
procedures are also available based on your preference.
Professional Details: Dedicated weekly OR time o State-of-the-art
TruDi navigation (Acclarent) and operating equipment o
State-of-the-art operating rooms to be constructed in the next 2-3
years Patient volume: Average of 20 patients/day (more if desired);
medical scribes available Work schedule: 4-day work week Fulltime,
permanent Epic EMR Compensation and Benefits: Very competitive
total compensation opportunity (600k) which includes: o Quality
incentives up to $100k o RVU bonus based on annual threshold
Commencement Bonus of $50k $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues,
