Physical Therapist Location: Albany, OR Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,558 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Rehabilitation Therapy Specialty: Physical Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level BLS required Must-Have: Ability to travel to multiple points of care Description: The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. The Physical Therapy team evaluates and treats patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations that are neuro/musculo/skeletal in nature. These conditions have caused a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. The team also offers a variety of services in the areas of sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological and stroke rehabilitation, balance, and spinal therapy. Holiday coverage is required.
