Travel Surgical Short Stay Contract •Shift: Day Shift - 4, 9 hour
shifts Pay Breakdown: • Hourly: $31.14/hr Taxed ($1,121.04/wk
Taxed) • Per Diem Eligibility: $1,687.00/wk = • $2,808.04/wk Gross
Eligibility Total Bed Count: 24 •Bed Types and How Divided:
Pre/Post Surgical Staffing Ratios: •Days: Admit RN’s typically are
1:1 with up to 5 admits in their shift •Nights: Afternoon/Evening
Take Back team 1:3, depending on acuity Schedule Requirements:
•Call Required: No •Float Required: No •Weekend Coverage: No
•Scheduling Type: Block Unit Systems: •Medication System: Omnicell
•Documentation System: EPIC Support: •IV Teams: No •Lift Teams: No
•Pharmacy: As needed hospital pharmacy, outpatient pharmacy 7a-5p
•Phlebotomy: as needed •Transportation: Our CNA’s are our
transporters •Unit Secretary: Yes, 4:45am-20:30pm (2 shifts)
