Job Description:
Description $7,500 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates
that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. The
Community Care RN provides and supervises professional, independent
nursing care for Providence patients. Care is based in the nursing
process and is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act.
Applies knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving,
delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care
delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence.

Qualifications: - Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License -
Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range
for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
