Job Description:
Job Description Description $7,500 hiring bonus for eligible
external candidates that meet required qualifications and
conditions for payment. This position will support the PACE Cully
site and will require some traveling in the area. The Community
Care RN provides and supervises professional, independent nursing
care for Providence patients. Care is based in the nursing process
and is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Applies
knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating,
teaching and supervising professional nursing care delivery that
promotes patients' optimal health and independence. All Providence
professional nursing practice requires a broad range of general
nursing knowledge and expertise. In addition, development and
validation of knowledge and skills essential to the assigned
department, patient population and/or practice area are crucial.
This position may be required to rotate through a weekend shift.

Registered Nurse License - Within 30 days of hire: National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. - 1 year Home Health RN experience.

position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range
