Location: Olympia, WA Job Type: Full-time Starting Pay Range :
$100k - $175k per year, long term employees can earn up to $218k
per year. Bonus opportunities available based on production and
quality of work. Summary of benefits: OOA covers part or all of the

and CME. Employees are eligible to participate in a 401k plan with
company matching. Flex spending plans, uniform allowances, and an
Employee Assistance Program available as well. PTO is accrued based

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Summary: OOA is looking for
an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to work
directly with one of our well-established Neurosurgeons. In this
role, you will have the opportunity to work both in clinic and
assist in surgeries. Under the supervision of a surgeon, you will
be responsible for examining patients, administering drugs,
ordering medical and diagnostic testing, diagnosing illnesses, and
counselling patients and their families. Advanced Registered Nurse
Practitioner Qualifications: Active Advanced Registered Nurse
Practitioner license in the state of WA. 2-3 years’ of Orthopaedic
experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preference for Neurosurgical
experience. Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, or the
ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire. Questions about this
