Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Support students
learning and development as a full-time Occupational Therapist in a
K-12 school setting located in Newberg, OR. This onsite position
offers a contract through June 4, 2027, starting at the new school
year. Four openings are available to serve a diverse caseload with
a focus on in-person services. Summer opportunities include roles
in Summer School and Jumpstart kindergarten programs in July. Key
Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to
K-12 students in a school environment Collaborate with educators
and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on student
needs Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in
compliance with school and state regulations Participate in team
meetings and professional development activities Support students
participation in classroom and extracurricular activities through
therapeutic interventions Qualifications: Active Special Education
(SPED) certification or license in Oregon required Experience
working with school-aged children preferred Ability to work onsite
full time (37.5 hours per week) Availability to support summer
