Job Description:
Legacy Health, a leading non-profit healthcare system, is
seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Staff Nurse to join our
dynamic team across our extensive network in Oregon and Washington.
This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in
providing excellent patient care, with access to state-of-the-art
facilities and resources. The ideal candidate will be integral in
ensuring the well-being and recovery of our patients, maintaining
high standards of nursing care and practices in accordance with
organizational policies and in alignment with the mission of Legacy
Health. Administer medications and treatments to patients following
healthcare plans. Monitor patient health and record signs within
patient files. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to
optimize patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on
diseases, wellness, diet, and home care. Advocate for patients'
needs and act as a liaison between patients and physicians. Ensure
compliance with all nursing and facility policies and regulatory
guidelines. Strong clinical skills in patient care and management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with
Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon or Washington. Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification required.
