Job Description:
Pharmacist Location: Salem, OR Agency: 22nd Century Healthcare,
Inc. Pay: $65 to $75 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8
hours Contract Duration: 6 Months Start Date: ASAP About the
Position Key Responsibilities: Dispense and verify medications from
the central pharmacy to automated dispensing cabinets (ADCs)
Monitor cold storage for vaccines and parenteral agents Manage
controlled substances, including auditing and reporting Review
medication orders for appropriateness, duplications, and
interactions Provide drug information and perform medication
history reviews Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure
accurate and timely medication management. Requirements
Qualification : Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
Experience with inpatient pharmacy operations and controlled
substances. Preferred: experience with EHR systems and ADCs
(Omnicell). Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
