Experience with Fresenius machines - Charting experience in
electronic systems Description: 1-year experience or first-time
travelers welcome. This position requires floating between units.
On-call and weekend work are not required. The expected
patient-to-staff ratio is 1:4. Clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday,
and Friday from 05:00 to 17:30. Fresenius 2008T machines are
utilized. Experience with Epic charting is mandatory. Must commit
to working three of the five major holidays. The facility has 12
stations plus one isolation station for patients. Daily patient
care includes monitoring vital signs and managing anticoagulation.
Emergency procedures and infection control measures are part of the
job. Quality control checks and patient education are required
skills. Adverse patient occurrences and changes in cognitive/mental
status must be reported. Assist with laboratory sample collection
and other necessary clinical tasks. Maintaining storage of
equipment and supplies is essential. Suitable candidates should
have a valid vehicle for this assignment. Requirements Required for
