Job Description:

Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This position is geared towards providing critical care to patients with severe and life-threatening illnesses and injuries. As part of our team, you will work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be pivotal in delivering the highest quality of care aligned with our integrated healthcare mission. Provide direct and specialized care for ICU patients. Monitor patient health conditions and respond to deterioration. Administer medications and treatments effectively. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and healthcare needs. Proficiency in ICU or critical care nursing Ability to utilize advanced medical equipment Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia BLS and ACLS certification required
