Job Description:
American Medical Response (AMR) is seeking an EMS Lead
Instructor to enhance our team by delivering exceptional
educational programs in emergency medical services. This position
involves developing curriculum, facilitating classes, and
evaluating the competency of future EMS professionals. As a leader
in medical transportation, AMR provides a platform for instructors
to impact the lives of emergency service personnel and improve
community health outcomes. Develop and update EMS training
curriculum according to national standards. Conduct classroom and
field instruction for EMTs and paramedics. Evaluate student
performance and adapt educational strategies as needed. Maintain
records of training activities and student progress. Collaborate
with medical experts to ensure course content accuracy. Assist in
the recruitment and training of additional instructional staff.
Strong knowledge of EMS protocols and procedures Effective teaching
and mentoring abilities Ability to assess educational needs and
develop corresponding programs Proficiency in using educational
technology and teaching aids Excellent communication and

National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT)
certification Instructor certifications such as ACLS, PALS,
