Job Description:
Locum Family Medicine NP or PA needed in Estacada, OR (28 miles
Southeast of Portland, OR)
Hourly + Travel Expenses
FQHC - Outpatient Setting
Credentialing: 30 days
Start: 6/30
End: 10/10
LOA: 3 month contract
Schedule: 4 10s (8A-7P, 1 hr lunch, 1 day possible telehealth)
confirming days but it will be weekdays ONLY
Patient Volume: 10-15 patients per day
Procedures: Bread & butter Family Practice- cold, cough, flu,
wellness checks. Simple procedures- suturing/wound management.
EMR: Athena
License: OR License
Certifications: BLS, DEA
Staff: Full support staff- MA, front office staff, 4 NP's currently
on-site
