About the POSITION: Looking for a CRNA in Stayton, OR CRNA only, independent practice Full-Time W2 competitive pay Busy orthopedic program Frequent ultrasound-guided blocks Other surgical specialties include general surgery, GYN,
podiatry, ENT, GI, robotics. Minimal pediatric cases Labor & Delivery coverage. Approximately 200 deliveries/yr Call 1 day/week with post call day off. Every 6th weekend. About the COMP & BENEFITS: Excellent Salary 8 weeks PTO Sign-on bonus Relocation allowance
