Setting: Outpatient
Schedule:17 shifts per month
Hours: M-F 10-7, Sat, Sun 10-5p
Patient Volume: 35 PPD
Job Requirements: Must be BC/BE, ideally in FM
Compensation: Top compensation, including base salary + lucrative bonuses
