Job Description:

Remote call-center support position paying $18 hourly! Equipment Provided. Apply or call Brian for more information/ schedule an informal interview. 360.768.3445Location: Vancouver, Wa (Will need to come in once a week during the 3 weeks of training and occasionally once a month for a meeting or more training.)Shift: M-F Flexible 40 hours between 6am- 6pmTraining: 8am-5pmDescription:- Answering a high volume of inbound calls (40-60 daily)- Answer technical support questions and troubleshoot equipment- Follow schematics to walk customers through home equipment repair procedures- Documenting call information via data entry into their database- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding the tracking and order status of their workout equipment- Update customers on whether or not equipment has shipped, when it should arrive, and if anything is on back order- Answer calls from customers who want to cancel their orders- Providing outstanding customer services to current and prospective clients- Communicate with internal customers via phone and Microsoft OutlookQualifications:- 1+ years of Call Center experience- Ability to work with multiple computer programs and screens at once (between 4-5)
