GENERAL SUMMARY:

Lucid Diagnostics District Managers are responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives to implement and execute sales strategies driving market awareness and testing growth. This as an exciting opportunity to join the management team of a rapidly growing, fast-paced, results-oriented, and innovative company working together to prevent cancer. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead district sales force activities including recruitment, development, and performance management

Develop and execute growth strategies

Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives and ensuring action plans are aligned to the strategic initiatives

Coach sales professionals to present clinically-focused sales messaging that compels potential and existing customers to take action

Execute strategic initiatives including KOL development, Peer to Peer education, Market Awareness, and practice implementations.

Establish cross-functional partnerships and leverage resources to influence the market

Ensure sales representatives are effectively and efficiently executing business strategies utilizing business planning resources (Salesforce.com).

Demonstrates high level of organizational skills, time management and detailed business acumen

Have a competitive drive, growth mindset and grit attitude

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Any other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, AUTHORITIES & ABILITIES:

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of 10 years selling experience in business-to-business, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or medical device

Minimum of 2 years documented leadership responsibilities in pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or medical device sales

Documented career progression

New product launch experience

Experience navigating a complex sales environment

This role requires the ability to travel and effectively drive business in a large geography

Proficient in the following computer software applications: Microsoft Office required

Advanced presentation skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills
