Job Description:

During a typical day, you will... Provide our customers with detailed phone consultations Develop individual solutions based on the pest control needs of our customers Provide knowledge and in-depth advice for pest control issues and concerns Schedule appointments with customers Coordinate with the office and technicians to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for new and current customers Work with current customers to answer questions and resolve concerns Take detailed notes for customers to ensure complete follow through when scheduling appointments Adhere to a high standard of ethics at all timesPrevious experience as a manager or office administrator would be an advantage. A successful customer service manager should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the customer service manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
