Elements is a chef Own Restaurant. a well established casual fine dining restaurant serving modern American Cuisine with Global Influence. Located In the Heart Of Historic Downtown Vancouver Washington.we work closely with local farmers and work with seasons. our menu changes based on availability of products.We are Seeking for an individual who will be an immediate asset to our team- bringing talent, passion and dedication for continual achievement and humble improvement, leading by example and striving for personal advancement, Cleanliness, great communication and being organized are at the top of the list of skills we seek for this position. potential Hire Must Have fine dining back ground, Great Personality, Team Player, Attention To detail, desire to grow.Education and Experience High school diploma or GED Minimum of 5 years of kitchen management experience with proven track record Experience in costing menus Completion of a culinary program or equivalent. ( but not necessary ) Catering experience a must Job Knowledge Must be organized and able to utilize product for all food programs Ability to supervise and delegate duties Be a creative part of a leadership team Have a positive attitude Advanced knife skills and equipment knowledge Works well within a small management team Works well under pressure We Look Forward To Hearing From You, Compensation Depends On Experience.
