Job Description:
Customer Service Specialist
Start Date: June 2023 (ASAP)
Pay Range: $18-21/hr
Contract Length: 3 month contract to hire
Worksite Location: Vancouver, Washington, 98660
Training Schedule (first 4 weeks): Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm
Schedule: Mon-Fri 5am-4:00pm (40 hours per week within this
range)
Position Summary:
- Answer customer calls, emails and chats regarding product
support, availability and warrantee claims
- Assist customers from start to end, often times requiring
multiple touch points
- Log call data into computer system

Qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience over the phone in a call
center (3+ years preferred)
- Accurate typing and spelling required
- 6+ months working in retail or supporting a product is preferred
(any knowledge about baby products is helpful)
- Typing 40WPM
