Overview:Kohler - Pacific Bath is looking for a Call Center
Representative to join our Call Center team in our Vancouver, WA

for KOHLER's LuxStone Walk-in Showers and Walk-in Baths.Customer
Service Representatives handle inbound and outbound calls regarding
multiple products to schedule appointments for our sales teams to
make in-home sales presentations. They will be responsible for
addressing price questions, objections, and requests for more
information to successfully secure appointments. This is an on-site
position in our Vancouver Call Center. Come join a fantastic team

Friday thru TuesdaySchedule B: Thursday thru MondayWhy work at

potential up to $500 per month! (Full pay range for this role is

exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls from
customers promptly and professionally, ready to uncover their needs
and schedule a consultation with a product expert.Ensure accurate
entry of all appointment and customer information into the CRM
system.Make outbound calls to potential customers to follow-up on
various initiatives.Qualifications:What You'll Bring:2+ years of
call center and customer service experience.Exceptional verbal and
written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and
concisely over the phone.Exceptional multi-tasking skills (talk and
type simultaneously) with the ability to manage high volumes of
inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.Expertise in
overcoming objections and solving problems.Our company provides
