Job Description:
A company is looking for a Disability Customer Service
Admin.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft incoming referrals and complete intake processes
efficiently
Handle outreach emails/calls to clients and upload medical
records
Assist with physician outreaches, invoice referrals, and draft
addendums as needed
Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Business experience in healthcare and/or insurance setting
preferred
Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
Ability to multitask efficiently through technology
Experience working in a remote environment with uninterrupted
internet connection
