In fact, Full-time employees have 16 hours of paid time a year they can use for TMG Cares Events.Everyday Will Be Different but Your Primary Duties Include:Responsible for the full scope of payroll functions including but not limited to payroll processing in ADP, entering wage, withholding and deduction updates, garnishment processing, and pay advances.Prepare and submit semi-monthly payroll using ADP Time and Attendance module by ensuring that time and attendance reports balance to imported pay data batchesEnter, calculate, and verify timesheets for hourly employees including overtime calculations. Utilizes ADP Payroll module to manage and oversee time-off procedures including leave accruals. Communicates with employees on leave requests and relevant procedures.Work with payroll service provider and State agencies to reconcile tax inquiries and discrepanciesResearch and resolve problems to ensure accuracy of payrollMaintaining employee vacation/PTO calendarsReconciles HR & benefit related invoicesPosting of payroll transactions to company financial recordsRecord 401K contributions, employer contributions transmit to outside vendor, as needed.Assist with issuance of manual checks and/or pay advances.Reconciliation of monthly onsite staff payroll records and generates bills for client charge backsUpdate payroll database to reflect additions, deletions and changes to employee's informationCreate ad hoc reports of payroll data to support payroll processes and financial analysis requests by management.Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies & processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.Maintain confidential payroll records.Ensures deadlines are met and payrolls and reports are produced accuratelyDocument and maintain standard operating procedures for payroll processingWhat's In It For You?Exceptional training and career development, ensuring you have the necessary skills to take you exactly where you want to go.Competitive salary plus a generous benefits package with two different medical plan options, as well as vision and dental group plans.Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays.401(k), educational assistance and so much more!Click APPLY to learn all the ways you can accelerate your career by joining the TMG Family of Companies.
