This opportunity is with a well respected mid-sized firm with a strong presence and multiple offices in the northwest. The firm's primary industries include:

• Ports & MaritimeThe partners are seeking individuals with a career interest in employment litigation and the desire to work across multiple industries. Previous trial experience is also preferred but not required. Interested candidates must have at least 4 years of previous experience in employment law as you will have autonomy to control the litigation process on cases from inception to close and also work collaboratively with other associates and partners. The firm has an active trial practice and offers the chance to hone your advocacy skills in the courtroom. Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively participate in all phases of litigation(discovery, motions, defending depositions, etc) and trial preparation.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of knowledgeable associates and partners contributing valuable insights and leveraging collective expertise.
    • Provide exceptional legal counsel and support ensuring that client needs are met with diligence and professionalism.
    • Engage in continuous professional development, remaining current with legal trends, case laws, and regulatory changes.This is a full-time direct hire position with a hybrid work schedule, reasonable billable requirement, annual bonuses and excellent benefits.
