Job Description:
Legacy Health is seeking a dedicated Compensation Consultant to
join our Human Resources & Talent Management team. This
limited-duration role is pivotal in helping us align our
compensation structures with industry standards and organizational
goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for the
development, implementation, and administration of compensation
programs that attract and retain top talent at Legacy Health. The
role will be instrumental in ensuring our compensation practices
comply with legal standards and best practices within the
healthcare sector. Analyze compensation policies and practices
against the market and industry benchmarks. Provide solutions to
compensation-related issues, ensuring alignment with overall
strategic objectives. Participate in salary surveys and manage data
collection to drive compensation decisions. Collaborate with HR and
departmental leaders to develop job classifications and establish
salary structures. Advise management on pay decisions, policy
interpretations, and job evaluations. Prepare and present summary
reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information.
Expertise in compensation analysis and salary survey methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with HR
software and systems related to compensation management. Ability to
manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred. HR
Certification Institute (HRCI) or SHRM Certified Professional
credential is a plus.
