  • Partner with Sr Director, IT Finance to develop and deliver presentations and other strategic change management communications on planning process, cost optimization and TBM governance
  • Effectively communicate insights as part of monthly department reviews, which includes preparing weekly updates to ensure timely identification and understanding of critical issues
  • Oversee monthly forecasting for IT Operations, the IT Portfolio and Strategic Programs while ensuring alignment to internal controls for expense accruals and capitalization
  • Build complex financial models to provide comprehensive investment or financial impact analysis for vendor proposals or strategic investments
  • Own partnership with Corporate Controllers group to ensure reporting and control SLA's for IT Accounting are met and ensure that end to end IT accounting processes are documented

    The Background You'll Need
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. An MBA in Finance or advanced degree in a quantitative field is preferred
    • Experience: 8-10 years progressive IT financial planning and analysis experience at a top-tier consulting, financial services, or a technology-driven company, including at least 5 plus years of experience managing, developing and coaching a team
      • Significant knowledge of Apptio planning & forecasting capabilities is required.

      • Experience with Adaptive Insights, Workday GL, HCM, Procurement, and Prism. Advanced level proficiency in Excel, SQL, PowerPoint and Power BI. Working knowledge of Alteryx a plus
      • Prior experience leading Technology Business Management (TBM) initiatives - with experience managing budgets for Application Development, Infrastructure and Operations, or Information Security areas of a technology organization
      • Advanced knowledge of financial data modeling, cost classification and unit costing strategies for IT allocations (ex. annual rates setting or pricing of IT Services)
      • Proven expertise in IT financial management practices such as budgeting, cost allocations, capital and operating expense handling, and product or capability-driven funding models
      • Strong working knowledge of GAAP, capitalization assessment for software development and emerging approaches to Lean Portfolio Management and Agile cost estimation

The Behaviors and Skills You'll Need
        • Strong leadership and organizational skills: self-directed, and capable of managing collaboratively across multiple functions to achieve results through others; express ideas clearly and persuasively in oral, written and presentation forms
        • Highly developed problem solving and analytical abilities to frame problems, analyze solutions, and build detailed project plans to size strategic alternatives and deliver appropriate recommendations
        • Strong executive presence with ability to present and influence senior leaders of the organization and vendor partners
        • Experience in a rapidly changing environment and comfortable proposing, justifying, initiating and implementing change

          What You'll Get From Us
          • A competitive salary and benefits package
          • An engaging and inclusive work environment
