Summary: The Technology Manager is responsible for all phases of AGCI's technology strategy and overseeing successful support and deployment solutions of internal and external applications, both Cloud based and software. This role encompasses the donor management applications, client data base management (CRM), all associated data analytics throughout the organization, and systems security strategy. AGCI will depend on this role to continuously improve the information systems, efficiencies, compliance, and processes. This role will also oversee, as well as provide ongoing internal training, support, and resolutions to improve AGCI's technology experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Master and Analyze existing AGCI Cloud applications * Evaluate and provide application end-users with training, administration, and issue resolution. Applications currently include Microsoft Office Suite - MS Office 365 , BI (data analytics), SAM adoption management suite, Apricot-Social Solutions, Donor Perfect, Quickbooks, and Give Cloud * Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement and/or modify Cloud Applications and software to best support business processes * Develop and Oversee training sessions on technology systems and applications for end-users * Within the perimeters of executive strategy and budget, be accountable to a regular cadence of goals and technology performance * Develop and oversee new employee technology onboarding training session in collaboration with Business Services. * Complete monthly reports as requested * This Manager level role must provide: Excellent Communication Skills Detail-Orientation Sensitivity to confidential information and compliance Remain calm & courteous under pressure, always showing respect and professionalism. * Ensure high level of customer satisfaction, both internal and external when applicable * Oversee departmental budget and forecasting in alignment with executive team and AGCI's growth trajectory * Oversee and recruit Information Technology Support role * Complete various administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed * Maintain and uphold the Technology department's internal presence, predictability, and attendance * Work collaboratively with all teams in the spirit of cooperation and alignment. Supervisory Responsibilities None at this time Benefits and Salary The pay for this role will be commensurate to industry experience and ability. This is a full time, salaried role, exempt from overtime wage law. Benefits included: PTO, Wellness days, and a full benefits package generously shared in cost by you and AGCI Requirements Qualifications and Experience Position requires the successful completion of an extensive criminal background check. * Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or other relevant degree * Microsoft or other IT certifications a plus * 3+ years' experience * Advanced knowledge of SaaS or cloud applications * Advanced knowledge of systems architecture with a high focus on integrations and efficiencies * Knowledge of Social Work or Social Services a plus, but not required. * Language & Communication - Ability to read, analyze, write (error-free) and interpret business correspondence. Ability to present information internally and to prospective families or other conference attendees. * Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure in the purview of the computations of Information Technology * Computer Skills - High proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office Suite (MS OFFICE 365), BI (Data Analytics), Cloud Applications, User Experience, software automation - ability to develop and deploy scripting (Microsoft or Python) preferred. * Reasoning Ability - Ability to Work with and protect confidentiality of files with appropriate discernment regarding the handling of issues varying in complexity and sensitivity. Ability to define, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions that deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables. Certificates, Licenses, and Achievements Must Possess a valid driver's license and ability to provide proper documentation upon travel domestically or internationally. Information and Security Certifications are a plus - (GIAC, AWS, CISM, CISA, MTA, ITIL) Project Management Certifications also a plus - (PMP, CAPM) Physical Demands The physical demands required of this position must be performed successfully to fill the essential functions of this job.
