Career development: $325 annual allowance for career development and education with an additional 40 hours of paid time off for career development/education And so many More Starting Pay Range --- $27.28 - $30.39/hr Summary: Provides clinical oversight clinical supervision and consultation to appropriate staff on two mobile units. Works collaboratively with the Director of Mobile Units. This position would entail regularly scheduled supervision as well as immediate consultation to mobile units while out in the field. Supervisor may, at time, go out with the mobile units into the community. Works collaboratively with program managers and staff of the agency, and with community partners. Provides administrative supervision and day to day operations of the mobile unit. Essential Job Responsibilities: Supervise and evaluate program operations by meeting on a regular basis with leads, staff and other departments. Oversee operations of offsite mobile, including development and implementation, in collaboration with the Director of Mobile Units. Coordinate closely with The Director of Mobile Units, Chief Clinical Officer, and community partners across the county. Review and audit ongoing clinical supervision, training and documentation to ensure appropriate clinical service delivery. Reviews staff clinical decision regarding client care, including coordination and discharge of clients to inpatient care. Monitor and maintain that all clinical documentation meets all contract and regulatory obligations. Ensure that all documentation is maintained in supervision files. Use teambuilding skills to develop a cohesive highly performing team. Take the lead in community education efforts, community relations and state mobile/crisis-coordinated efforts between service providers. Maintain current policies and procedures to comply with contract and regulatory requirements and maintain program curriculum. Take the lead in community education efforts. Must be able to attend meetings and events in the community, including evening meetings and meetings across the state. On a regular basis, read and respond to email messages on a timely basis. Ensure that all staff have completed their Essential Learning courses. Conduct annual performance reviews and staff-correction duties when needed. Other duties to be assigned. Develop staff schedules and coordinate staff coverage. Oversee ordering of program supplies Manage petty cash, bus passes and accounts receivable accounts Track program statistics and complete program reporting requirements. Review, gather information, and follow-up of critical incidents. Assure adherence to contract requirements. Adherence to state and county health/safety compliance Oversee all paperwork/charting requirements as established by laws or agency contracts. Non-essential Job Functions: Supports agency mission, goals, and objectives. Education, Licensing and Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of supervisory experience in their field. 5-8 years of strong clinical service provision and supervision. Prefer experience in crisis services, outreach, and in the substance use disorder field. Master---s Degree in Behavioral Health required MHP or licensure preferred SUDPT, SUDP license preferred MHP/SUDP candidates are strongly encouraged to apply 5-8 years of strong clinical service provision and supervision. Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have a wide knowledge base required roles of various personnel and programs in the agency and community. Interpersonal, decision making, judgment, supervisory, leadership and communication skills. Strong decision-making, organizational, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are highly desired.
