Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting multiple project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Sr. -Project Manager (Electrical)

Location: Vancouver, WA

Pay: Competitive salary based on experience

Responsibilities:

--- Oversee multi-discipline engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

--- Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control project costs.

--- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication.

--- Identify business development opportunities and maintain client relationships.

--- Provide mentorship and training to project team members.

Requirements:

--- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

--- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in design engineering.

--- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

--- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

--- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
