Hi, we're Cascade Fence and Deck.We create really cool outdoor living spaces for homeowners in Washington and Oregon and groove off customer experience. Imagine a contractor experience that doesn't suck, provided by a team of capable, laid-back people. -We're a fast-growing company with big plans for the future and we're looking for someone that can own several key parts of our marketing. We need someone that has been there done that, and can own these roles entirely. From strategy to implementation. -The Role:

In this role you will manage some or all of these areas. -

• Website updates and development for www.cascadefenceanddeck.com and www.cascadesupply.com
• Build new website for our design company. This site will have lots of technical features. (Customer login portal, selection tools, etc)
• Analytics and SEO for the site -We are good at building outdoor spaces, but we don't know much about these areas so we need someone that already knows how to do these things, as we can not offer any training in these areas.How success will be measured:
  • Overall design of our websites
  • How easy our site is to navigate for customers
  • Site performance (visitors, click throughs, etc)Requirements:
    • Fluent with Wordpress
    • Fluent in HTML and Javascript
    • Ability to work with awesome folks in an office all day
    • Pass a drug testBenefits:
      • $18-$40 per hour. (Full transparency, this range is wide as we don't know what this position is worth) It is a bit of a unicorn position with being an expert in several areas.
