This long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity is based in the Vancouver, Washington area. You could be the Sr. Project Manager our client is looking for, if you like the idea of managing key projects as part of their strategic business plan. This position must ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders, because it serves as a key member of the team. You should also be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. Apply today!Key responsibilities- Plans and governs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments- Establishes detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, project status, and milestone completion- Manages deployment scheduling in coordination with Product Owner, tech lead and Dev Ops- Be instrumental in managing dependencies among cross-product teams- Supports the daily stand-ups, guaranteeing their are focused, brief, and timely- Endeavors as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively- Betters to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests- Works with Product Owner/Product Manager to ensure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are clear and achievable- Amasses facts from business analysts, technical leads, and QA leads into references- Establishes the RACI matrix for projects in a product line- Collaborates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects- Sets schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines- Work closely together with the Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Manager- Assist the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products- Supervises project planning- Collaborates and communicates with stakeholders, developers, technical team members and designers- Creates project with correct ticket workflows and boards- Develops and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner- Work together to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager - Confirm that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable
