**Description** Humana's Marketing and Communications organization is seeking a technically saavy Production Professional 2 that is Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email certified to join the Channel Build team working remote anywhere nationwide. The Channel Build team is part of the Marketing, Operational, and Regulatory team within Humana the supports the business with deployment of communications for members. We are responsible for content deployment for a diverse portfolio of Humana brands. Our core purpose as the Channel Build team is to deploy on-time, error free communications utilizing best-practices to provide the best customer experience to the member. **Responsibilities** As the Marketing Production Professional 2, you will leverage communication output systems, business relationship management and an understanding of business needs to design, development and provide innovative solutions for communications to members, employer groups, broker/agents, and providers. You will utilize tool technologies to develop/code letters, faxes, mobile push and emails, best practices, process-oriented thinking, business knowledge and relationship building skills to implement communications for our vital business partners across the organization. **Key Role Functions** + Collaborate directly with internal customers to create and develop communications in Acoustic, SmartCommunications, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud + Ensure quality, process adherence, best practices, and on time delivery of communications + Develop/code communications in the vendor solutions and participate in the delivery of project(s) + Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers To be successful in this role, you must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Utilizing a consultative approach and technical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail are also critical to succeed in this role. **Required Qualifications** + **Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Certification** + Root cause analysis experience/skills + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) + Excellent written and verbal communication + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree or higher + Experience with EMME + Experience with Acoustic and/or SmartCommunications + Experience with Service Now tickets + Experience with XML or CSV files **Humana Remote Requirements** All Humana associates approved for the Home or Hybrid Home/Office work styles are required to self-provide wireless, wired cable or DSL access to the internet at the connectivity speeds required by the company to successfully perform their job with the exception of associates who live or work from home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Connectivity requirements are detailed below. **Connectivity - Requirement Details** To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria: + At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended to support Humana applications, per associate. + Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL connection is suggested. + Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if they provide an optimal connection for associates. The use of these methods must be approved by leadership. (See Wireless, Wired Cable or DSL Connection in Exceptions, Section 7.0 in this policy.) Humana will not pay for or reimburse Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates for any portion of the cost of their self-provided internet service, with the exception of associates who live or work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota. Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
