Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Backend Software Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities for product direction, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage technical risks
Lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and respond to incidents
Design, build, and deploy server application code, ensuring security and reliability

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in developing web APIs with .NET (C#)
Experience with ORMs, RDMS queries, asynchronous programming, Messaging Queues, and PaaS environments
