Job Description:
Description: Summary of the Position: The Brewer I position
serves as a core production role for brewing operations and is
considered the apprentice level of the brewing trade. The Brewer I
has a clear understanding of production flow and is responsible for
all aspects of production from wort to bright beer and upholds the
standards of quality set in place. Key Accountabilities: Summarized
but not limited to: Brewer/Cellar * In addition to the
responsibilities of the assistant brewer, the Brewer I
accountabilities include: * Wort Production on both 90bbl and 30bbl
brewhouses * Cellar procedures including tank additions and
clarification prep * Centrifuge operation * Equipment CIPs
(Brewhouses, FVs, BBTs, pumping equipment) * Facility Upkeep
(keeping workstations and areas cleaned) Requirements: 1 to 2
years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of both High School Diploma/GED. Specialized
education/certificate preferred. Compensation details: 18-21 Hourly
