JustUs is a growing Advertising Firm located in Hazel Dell, WA. We are a growing professional marketing group and we are looking for a motivated individuals to join our call center. One of the many marketing campaigns that we offer to our clients includes Appointment Setting and Relationship Building; both are scripted calls and you don’t have to sell a thing! However, we have found that those who are most successful in this role do have sales experience. Become a part of a fun, professional environment with a group of people who love what they do. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with paid training.Required Skills/Experience:1+ years of telemarketing/call center/phone sales/outbound appointment setting experience.Basic computer skills (Typing, Google, Calling Software)A Successful Team Member Is:Self-MotivatedReliableSkilled in verbal communicationBilingual (not required)Compensation varies depending on experience. We offer base pay plus bonuses (average starting pay is about $12.00-$14.00 PLUS monthly bonuses.) Commission options are also available.
