Job Description:
Description:- Set up and operation of Fiber Lasers, CNC Press
Brakes, Sheers and other fabrication equipment- Utilization of
blueprints to machine/cut/bend parts to specifications and
determine most efficient way to perform process- Use CNC and Manual
controllers to machine parts to certain tolerances and dimensions-
Inspect and confirm accuracy of first production piece and at
subsequent intervals using a variety of measuring instruments,
digital, dial, radius, and fixtures- Observes machine to detect
malfunctions. Works with production personnel, other operators,
Supervisor and/or maintenance staff to troubleshoot
problemsAdditional Skills & Qualifications:- Previous experience
with metal fab shop equipment (i.e. presses, punches, benders,
mills/lathes, sheers, CNC Machines, etc.)- Previous experience
working with blueprints or shop drawings and have a basic
understanding of how to interpret symbols, dimensions and
tolerances- Able to operate loading and lifting equipment such as
forklift, overhead cranes, jig cranes, pallet jacks,
etc.Pay/Shift:Day Shift: 6AM to 230PM + OTNo Laser or Press Brake
Experience: $16-19/hrExperience with Laser or Press Brake:
