Represent the company during factory acceptance tests and customer demos.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Mechanical Support: Verify proper mechanical operation of all equipment. Includes pneumatics and hydraulicElectrical Support: Verify proper electrical operation of all equipment. Work with live power up to 575 voltsProgramming Support: Verify proper programmable operation of all equipment. Includes all software involved in PLC and OXPA programmingTroubleshoot Support: Mechanical and Electrical trouble shooting skills.Robot OperationsRobot ProgrammingCustomer Relations (Internal and external): Conduct a customer FATs, attend turnovers meetings, conduct customer demonstrations, etc.Customer Demonstrations: Set up, perform, and support the Sales department on customer demonstrations.
