We are Riverside Payments, one of the top merchant processing companies in the country!! We

are looking to expand our office and our team, and are looking for happy, self-motivated

individuals to join our Call Center Team at our Vancouver, WA location. As we continue to

expand, you'll have extensive growth opportunities to move up within the company. We have

grown at an astounding rate over the past few years so this is a great opportunity to get your

Responsibilities

  • Set appointments for our National Sales Representatives
  • Interact with business owners over the phone
  • Follow all scriptings and listen to direction from Pod Managers
  • Fill out appointment sheets accordingly
  • Make 250-300 phone calls a day
  • Hit weekly quota of setting 10 appointments a week

Qualifications

  • Basic written and verbal communication
  • Reliable transportation to and from call center
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Self driven, upbeat, excited!

Technicalities

  • Full time, Monday-Friday 7:45-4:30.
  • Starting pay is $15 per hour plus commissions, overrides, and bonuses. Average people are making $22-24 per hour!
  • Bonus tier set up and commission for each appointment-turned-sale
