The Community Relations Assistant is responsible for managing
all inquiries in a systematic approach that follow that follows
leads through move in.
Additionally, the Community Relations Assistant will develop and
maintain a positive rapport with current residents and encourage
their participation in events within the Glenwood community.
Community Relations Assistant Responsibilities:
* Community Relations Assistant ensure that collateral materials
are available for tours and marketing, decorate and maintain model
apartments for show, develop and maintain a marketing tour book,
take deposits, provide all necessary paperwork to be completed
prior to move-in, and coordinate the move in with other departments
* Community Relations Assistant represents the community and
increases awareness through participation in outside events as
needed. * Community Relations Assistant manage and document the
lead process through our CRM to grow and maintain census *
Community Relations Assistant support the General Manager with
events, resident concerns, answering telephones, filing, placing
work orders and other tasks as assigned
* Must have compassion for and desire to work with seniors *
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred * Self-motivated
and independent, able to make decisions independently * Must be
able to pass a criminal background investigation, drug test and TB
screen * Must be able to obtain CPR/FA
